and I am thankful. This was a good call. She got to talk to everyone via speakerphone for a bit and then individually. She is doing a bit better. More good news is that she took her PT test Tuesday (as scheduled) and PASSED. Not only did she achieve Basic Training standard, but she has already reached US Army standard. She seemed very relieved. We all were too.

She now has to focus on four more days of actual Basic Training and then she has a make up week. She will be doing her 10k "make up" road march soon. She also has a 15k road march and FTX (field training exercise) this Tuesday it sounds like. These last few things are the only things between her and graduation. She seemed very happy to be able to talk to everyone. I think she was on the phone for almost an hour.

She did tell me that she was still feeling anxious about her last week or two, but seemed to be confident. We leave in twelve days! I can't wait!!!
