We had some rain, freezing rain, cold temps the past few days. Wish I would've had my camera with me yesterday, but I took it today and still managed to find a few remnants of the amazing show that brightened my day yesterday! Enjoy. J
Crap. I accidentally "rejected" a comment by Howard. Unless he decides to re-submit it, I'm reduced to cutting and pasting from the e-mail.
"My goodness, look how clear those roads are of snow and ice and instant death. Pavement as far as the eye can see! And what are those trees? Cherry blossoms blooming? But then I see the photos of the icicles hanging off the branches and blooms and realize that all is not as it seems in the land of Lincoln, sunshine, and eternal flatness. Sort of like a David Lynch film it is. Creepy!"
I only go to these lengths to show that Howard is, indeed, a witty fellow.
