It's dark at 5am

Went for an early morning run with fellow PFDC parent Al today. I knew he was a runner and thought maybe we'd be able to hook up occasionally. What I wasn't expecting was that he runs early in the morning. Really early. So... I got up at 4:45am and high-tailed it over to his place. We got out around 5:15am and did a four mile O&B into downtown Plymouth and back. He graciously adjusted his pace to match mine since I've only been back out on the roads for about six weeks. Going to try to fit in a long run on Saturday morning with him. Did I mention it's dark at 5am? Well, it is.
